At Legion6 our members get to experience Thai Kickboxing , known as Muay Thai, and the profound effect training in this discipline has mentally and physically. Our Thai Master Trainer will bring you to the next level.
You will become strong. In Muay Thai students learn to elbow, knee, kick and punch. They use every tool available to them and in so doing develop a range functional muscle groups that are untapped in other activities.
You will gain stamina. To train Muay Thai you must develop a strong body and during our classes you will burn more calories than in any other activity.
