LIFT Strength and Conditioning Center is a dual-purpose gym and boxing club founded in May, 2016 by Tariq Abdulrahman. With our wide array of unique classes, flexible timings, qualified staff and ever-expanding range of equipment, our aim is to create a fun and motivating environment that will keep you coming back for more!
Our fully qualified strength and conditioning coaches aim to provide the best in Results Based Training (RBT) to our clients. We want our members to utilize the latest in both conventional, unconventional and functional training methods to improve strength, encourage conditioning, aid in muscle hypertrophy and fat loss and offer sports specific training to athletes who want to progress in their respective sports.
The gym also hosts Bahrain’s first fully dedicated boxing club, with a bespoke boxing ring, that is affiliated with former World Welterweight Champion, Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton’s Academy, out of Manchester, England. All our boxing coaches have undergone the British Boxing Board of Control’s rigorous coaching qualifications, in order to offer the very best in training while ensuring a safe and controlled environment to learn and progress in the sport of boxing.
