In the past nine years I have managed to reduce and maintain my weight by 40 kg. :-) But I also have my problems - believe me!
How did I do it? With motivation, a little discipline in changing your diet and with a lot of aqua fitness.
Thanks to aqua fitness, I had better success in losing weight and had fun in sports again!
Exercising in the water can burn a lot of calories and increase our metabolism. We build up muscles, but relieve the joints.
We are also increasing our performance and becoming more mobile. Because I wanted to enable others to have fun in the water in my situation at the time, I made my job out of it.
